VesVes (aka VesuVesu, BesuBesu, BethBeth-O.o)
VesVes is a leader and something of a showoff. That gets her into trouble a lot, especially at first. In the first episode that the quartet appears in, she fights Zirconia, and almost wins! But of course, Zirconia beats her and the rest of the quartet gets mad because now they're in trouble. She also gets in trouble for breaking Zircon when she hit him with her whip. Once again, everyone else got mad because the picture of their target was all blurry. She usually doesn't bother to learn about her targets, just quickly takes their dream mirrors and leaves. VesVes likes to make big entrances. Even when she thought she was acting like a normal person, floating on a large red ball, she made a big entrance.
I love VesVes. I'm not sure why, but I just think she's really cool. I love her little ear-cover things (Well, what else would you call them? They're not earrings!) And I think she has the coolest hair out of the entire quartet. In fact, I think she has the coolest hair in all of Sailor Moon! Except maybe Cyprine and Peterol, the twin witches from Sailor Moon S.
Mythology
VesVes is named after the Roman goddess Vesta, who corresponds to the Greek goddess Hestia. They were both the goddess of hearth and home. "Hearth" shows a connection to fire, which explains VesVes's red hair and her fiery temper.
Color
VesVes' color is red, which is usually associated with fire. VesVes is pretty impulsive and quick-tempered, for example, when she attacked Zirconia. Those characteristics are usually associated with the color red. Red is also Sailor Mars' color.

The asteroid Vesta is the third largest asteroid. It is about 530 km in diameter, if you really wanted to know.
